All returns to be made within 7 days of delivery. Any return / exchange after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Unused item in its original condition with no damage or missing parts
  • With original packaging & tag

  • Swimwear
  • Hygiene product

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a successful return / exchange. 

Partial refunds are subject to NYLON.’s discretion. 


Once Return item(s) is received and inspected by NYLON., a status update (approval or rejection) will be sent to you via email. For all successful returns, refund will be processed within 14 days upon receiving the Return item(s). (add credit card or which payment method they’ll receive the refund to)

For all returns, shipping costs will be absorbed by customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For approved refunds, shipping cost of the item(s) will be deducted from refund. 

It is highly encouraged that you use a reliable, trackable shipping service and opt for shipping insurance for your items. NYLON. will not be accountable for any loss of item(s) during return shipping.
